As we discuss what causes your frustrations and struggles, I will help you confront them. In addition, I will provide you with an objective, impartial, nonjudgmental perspective while telling you what you need to hear.

The process works, and my clients learn to process their painful memories and heal from them. I teach them tools to think more clearly.

Resolving a significant concern in your life takes time and can uncover painful memories, but healing is worth it in the long run. When you learn to trust in therapy, you can gain confidence in other areas of your life.
